Refund Policy for VantaVoice.AI

1. Subscription Refunds (Monthly Plans)

We offer a 7-day refund window on your first-time subscription purchase.

You’re eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request it within 7 days of subscribing

  • You haven’t abused the service (e.g. excessive usage, automated queries, reverse engineering)

  • You submit your refund request via our official support email

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Renewals after your first billing cycle

  • Partial billing periods or remaining unused time

  • Cancellations after the 7-day window

  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

You can cancel your subscription anytime to avoid future billing. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.


2. One-Time Purchases (Coming Soon)

For future one-time purchases (e.g. custom voices, downloadable themes):

  • These purchases will be non-refundable once delivered or downloaded

  • If the item is faulty, corrupted, or not delivered, you may request:

    • A full refund within 14 days of purchase

    • A replacement file or alternative solution


3. EU & UK: Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

Under EU and UK consumer laws, you have the right to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days, unless:

  • You begin using the service immediately

  • You expressly agree to waive your withdrawal rights at checkout

By using VantaVoice.AI after subscribing, you agree to waive the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).


4. Payment Processor Policies

We support payments via:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Direct bank/debit card transactions (via Stripe)

Stripe:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

  • Stripe’s processing fees are not always refunded — we reserve the right to deduct them unless legally required otherwise

PayPal:

  • Refunds via PayPal may be subject to PayPal’s transaction fees, especially if currency conversion is involved

  • Refunds are typically visible within 3–7 business days

Bank Cards:

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 5–15 business days for refunded funds to appear

  • Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in permanent account bans and loss of service


5. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

We actively monitor for abuse, refund farming, and chargeback fraud.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refunds if abuse or Terms violations are detected

  • Terminate or suspend your account

  • Report abuse to payment processors and legal authorities


6. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • The email address used at purchase

  • Order ID or transaction proof

  • A short explanation of the issue

We respond within 3–5 business days.


7. Policy Updates
